Origobakery is a unique bakery loved by locals and expats alike. The main attraction here isn't just the pastries, but the best bread in town. The bakery team prepares a sourdough starter that contains only wild and lactic bacteria. The fermentation process lasts at least 24 hours. The absolute favorites are Miko, where croissant dough is enriched with clarified butter, then topped with coffee syrup and lemon zest, and, of course, the chocolate brioche.
